The external public has also confirmed the correctness of our internal decision to invest in and develop our employees. Since 2002, we have received the Top 10 prize every year. It is awarded for systematic investments in knowledge and training of the employees. Since 2002, we have twice won the second place in the nomination for The Best HRM Project in Slovenia with the projects "Systemisation and Competences", and "Modernisation and Computer Support of the Regular Annual Discussions". In 2006 - we consider it a special prize - Dr. Bor Rozman, the Director of HRM and Legal Matters, was pronounced the HRM Manager of the Year in Slovenia.
