The Merkur Group is controlled by its parent company, Merkur, d. d. The strategic and development plans of the company and the Group are prepared and fulfilled under the management of the four-member Management Board of Merkur, which is monitored by a three-member Supervisory Board. 

The divisions are managed by directors of divisions.

The ten executive directors report directly to the Management Board. They ensure the fulfilment of the set objectives in the individual fields of work in all Group companies.
